Wright-Patterson Round Robin

The Wright-Patt Hockey Club has started planning its annual hockey tournament! The tournament is scheduled for 19-21 April 2002 at the Kettering Recreation Center in Kettering, Ohio. At this point, they are soliciting teams for this year's "Round Robin" event. Due to the availability of ice time, they'll be limiting this year's event to 5 teams. The Offutt AFB Marauder's have already confirmed their attendance and will be fiercely defending the coveted "Raptor Cup". The registration fee is $800 per team ($200 due to confirm registration and balance due on 1 Apr 02) and includes a minimum of 4 games (possibly more). Games will be played beginning on Friday evening and continue until Sunday @ 5:30 p.m. Eligible players include: active duty (U.S. and foreign) military members, government civilian employees, military dependents and family members, reservists, and guard members.

Tentative Plan is that we will drive out Friday morning the 19th and play a game that evening. We will stay through our last game Sunday (which could be as late as 1730) and drive back Sunday night. So we will have 2 nights of hotel to pay for. I need to also know if you plan to take anyone with you so I can get a rough idea of how many hotel rooms we need.

We will take an advanced team to this event and I will only allow players who are Sunday night caliber or better to join. For more Informaiton e-mail Pat Snyder
